What we offer

The same rigor that builds our atlas and Vitality Index, applied to your specific context. Six applied extensions of the methodology note.

Ecosystem diagnostics

The same methodological sequence that underpins our national Vitality Index — applied to a territory, sector, or organization: conceptual framing, indicator selection, normalization, aggregation, imputation, robustness tests. A tailored diagnostic, not a generic report.

Ecosystem design

Strategic advice grounded in identifying the weakest link among the ten systemic elements of an entrepreneurial ecosystem — rather than spreading effort across every lever at once. Prioritization follows the geometric-mean aggregation logic used in the Vitality Index.

The goal is productive entrepreneurship (Baumol, 1990): more entrepreneurial activity is not automatically an end in itself.

Training

Direct intervention on the 'human capital and talent' element of the Stam & van de Ven framework — targeted modules for program teams, public officials, researchers, and founders. Not generic capacity-building.

Methodological anchor

University support

Help structuring the role of universities in the ecosystem — internal incubation, technology transfer, alumni entrepreneurs — building on the data already collected on Moroccan university structures catalogued in the atlas.

Methodological anchor

Program design

For accelerators, incubators, funders, and administrations: designing programs that are evaluable from day one, grounded in the comparative literature on ecosystem mechanisms and ex-ante evaluations of Startup Acts.

Public-policy briefs

Translating academic research into actionable recommendations for decision-makers — in the spirit of the site's positioning for its researcher and policy-maker audiences.

Process

How it works

  1. 01
    First contact

A first exchange to understand the context and the question at hand.

  2. 02
    Scoping

Perimeter, available data, deliverables, and timeline — set out in writing.

  3. 03
    Delivery

Production follows the methodology published on this site, with source traceability.

  4. 04
    Measure

Indicators and evaluation criteria applied to the deliverables to assess their robustness.

  5. 05
    Handover

Transfer of methods, data, and documentation so your team can build on the work autonomously.

  6. 06
    Follow-up

Debrief session and data made available for reuse.
