Privacy notice

Maintained by the MoorInnov team. Last updated: 15 July 2026.

This page describes how MoorInnov handles data on this website. It is written in plain language and covers only what the platform itself collects — not third-party sites we link to.

What we collect

  • Account data when you sign in (email, display name, authentication provider identifier).
  • Contributions you submit (actors, claims, inaccuracy reports, saved searches). These are linked to your account.
  • Technical logs from our hosting provider used to operate the service and prevent abuse.

What we do not collect

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • We do not load Google Maps or other third-party embeds until you accept the cookie banner.

Legal basis

We rely on legitimate interest for the public ecosystem directory (organisational and professional information about public actors), and on consent for optional embeds such as Google Maps.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by writing to us. Public organisation records can be corrected through the submit flow or the "Report inaccuracy" button on any profile.

Subprocessors

The site is built on Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, storage) and uses Google Maps for interactive mapping when consent is given. No other analytics or advertising providers are used.

Exercising your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or object to processing at any time. Submit a request through our data request form. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Contribution history is kept for the lifetime of the atlas as part of the public record but can be de-attributed on request. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Complaints

You have the right to file a complaint with the Moroccan CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel) or, if you are in the EU, with your local data protection authority.
