Mission & methodology

An open atlas of Moroccan innovation.

MoorInnov is an independent civic-research initiative dedicated to mapping every actor shaping Morocco's entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem — from Casablanca to Marrakech, Rabat to Tangier, Fès to Agadir.

The atlas exists for three audiences. Practitioners use it to find capital, partner hubs, programs, and peers. Researchers use it as a citable dataset of the ecosystem's structure and evolution. Policymakers use it to benchmark regional density, evaluate program reach, and identify infrastructure gaps.

Methodology

Every actor in MoorInnov is reviewed by ecosystem contributors before publication. Records combine primary founder interviews, public regulatory filings, and open-source data. We refresh capital and headcount data quarterly, and we publish the sources for every insight brief.

Contribute

The atlas is only as complete as the community makes it. If your organization is missing, if a listing is out of date, or if you have research to share, please submit an actor or write to us.
